By using ExConnect, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Nature of the Service

ExConnect is a support service, not a replacement for your own judgment.

We assist in filtering incoming messages and refining outgoing messages
We do not make decisions on your behalf
We do not provide legal, psychological, or therapeutic advice

You remain solely responsible for:

the content of all messages sent
decisions made based on communication
3. User Responsibility

By using ExConnect, you agree that:

You are responsible for reviewing messages before they are sent
You will not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful communication
You will provide accurate information during onboarding

ExConnect is not liable for outcomes resulting from communication between you and your co-parent.

4. Human-Assisted Communication

ExConnect uses trained human facilitators to support message structuring.

By using the service, you acknowledge and consent that:

Your messages may be reviewed and processed by a human facilitator
The facilitator’s role is to improve clarity and reduce escalation
The facilitator does not act as a legal representative or mediator
5. Messaging and Delivery
ExConnect facilitates communication via email and messaging platforms
We aim to provide timely responses but do not guarantee immediate delivery
Users are responsible for confirming the accuracy of messages before sending
6. Usage Limits

Your subscription includes a defined level of usage (e.g. daily message exchanges).

We reserve the right to:

limit or pause service if usage exceeds reasonable bounds
contact you to discuss appropriate usage
7. Payment and Subscription
ExConnect operates on a monthly subscription basis
Payments are processed securely via Stripe
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

You may cancel at any time.
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

We take privacy seriously.

Your communication is treated as confidential
Data is stored securely
Access is limited to authorised personnel required to deliver the service

However, no system is completely secure, and you use the service at your own risk.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee:

uninterrupted availability
specific response times

We may modify or suspend the service at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

ExConnect is not liable for:

indirect or consequential loss
emotional, relational, or financial outcomes resulting from communication
actions taken based on messages processed through the service

the service is used inappropriately
